firings, benefits, personal leave – many of the work-related issues that
involve a high level of emotion and frustration.
Many workers shudder when someone from HR pops by their office for a talk. Am I
getting fired, they wonder. Disciplined ? I know people often complain about HR
departments, but one thing HR professionals rarely seem to do is complain about
their lot to other workers. After all, if the HR people aren't happy, it's
